RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Online Return/Refund Policy

Our Online Return/Refund Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we handle items sold online and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our website.

Vectra Fitness, Inc. (Vectra) must authorize returns prior to shipment.    

Vectra online sales are final if the items are not returned within 30 days of receipt.

Obsolete or custom made items cannot be returned.

Freight and handling charges are not subject to a refund.

The amount of credit/refund issued for a return, if any, will be determined after it is received and inspected by Vectra.  The return of unused or exchanged items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.  Machines are not returnable.  Refunds are made by check or refunded to the credit card used in the original transaction.

All items that Vectra requires returned will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).  This must be on the outside of the box that the item is returned in or no credit can be issued.  Also, each returned item must be accompanied by the following information: RMA number assigned by Vectra, product serial number, description of problem experienced, and instructions for the return of the repaired/replacement part.  Parts should be shipped to Vectra Fitness in their original carton or equivalent packaging.  Items returned damaged due to poor packaging will not receive full credit.  Vectra will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred in shipping. 

Returned items must be sent freight prepaid.  Items returned to Vectra without prior factory authorization or freight collect will either not be accepted, or the freight amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Items returned with damage determined to have been caused by the dealership, end user, installer, service provider, or during shipping may not receive full credit.

In many cases, Vectra will require warranty items to be returned for repair and/or warranty determination.

Please call (425) 291-9550 or email with any questions that you may have regarding the Vectra Store.

  
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the manufacture of current model Sterling Silver parts, and current model Upholstery before shipping.
 
For all other painted parts (Black, White, Classic Pewter), and non-current model upholstery, please allow up to 4 weeks before shipping.
 
Once the parts are made, orders will ship within 24-48 hours after payment is confirmed.
